I am in over my head in pay day loans! Just tried to live..and am in a mess! I live in WI, owe approx 5,000.00 and pay 1500.00 per month . Dealing with The Cash Store, Check and Cash LLC, Check into Cash and Check n' Go. Where do I start???? I don't have enuf to pay my bills :(

OK, I got a call today , stating they are collecting a debt for BOA, I asked him for an amount and he said I need to give him my address and SSN 1st I refused. He told me to call BOA for verification and I dont by Tuesday we would go down a road and I will be sorry. what next? I can go to court and show the judge I lost 40k a year in income

Allied Interstate has contacted us about my husband's past due loan, it went to them from Sallie Mae and we have been paying them regularly but they are telling us now that we can either settle with them or it will go to litigation. I don't see why they would/should be unwilling to allow us to continue making payments, especially since we have been. Any advice?

Okay, due to the economy downfall and not being able to find a job, I had two credit cards that were written off. I have posted on this site before and I need some assistance badly. One of my accounts was a Capital One account. I went through two collection agencies and my account eventually landed in the hands of Fredrick J. Hanna & Associates. The thing is, I bring in 700 dollars a month if I'm lucky. I'm a substitute teacher. To top it off, school just let out for the summer so now I'm not living off of anything but school loans.
