:confused:afni charged over 700 dollarsto my father in laws credit card. when i tried contacting them regarding these charges they said they have no record of them. I cant do anything about ive shut the card off and have reported it as fraudualnt

Everyone- I have a question, my spouse has BOA debt the original amount she owed was 10K and now since its been sold to CACH LLC, it has multiplied to 25K, and she is currently being sued by CACH LLC. We are seperated and she lives in another state and currently has no JOB and her family and I are supporting her with minor bills. She currently does not own anything in her name House Car Bank Accounts Credit Cards. How can I get the address for Anasazi Services? I have called and no one ever answers the phone when I call.

I also received a threatening call, gave them my debit card and they took half of the amount out today and the other half next week. They tell me this will clear this out, are they scamming me? Gave me a confirmation number, but I guess if they were a scam - this would just be part, right? This was a stupid move made in desperation to try and help my Mom, so how do I get out of this mess?:confused:

The stipulation my be filed without notice with the county clerk." I receivd this in regards to a 24,000 credit card debt in the State of New York.

:(Please.. stop sending those "extra" checks every two weeks or ever. You have many ways for your customers to conduct business with you if, indeed, they wish to do so. Those checks are annoying and unneccesary to you customers. Please, STOP!:(:(

I plan to contact the attorney general office in my state, due to an online payday loan I have. When I started, they loaned me $500.00 with a finance charge of $150.00. When I spoke to the rep, she told me that I would pay the finance fee for the first 4 loans and after that, they start paying my loan down. I was told that my loan will be paid down, but they will charge me $50.00 everytime my loan was paid down. I called them sometime last month to find out my balance, thinking I almost was done paying it off.

it seems like you are happy with what you have now. i will pass that phone number to my brother. he does really need a help. during your process in getting debt free life, is there any saving you made to help you beside that finance office's help? well, i heard someone really need to spend less money to get a debt free life?
