I have 2 outstanding PDL's. One with Payday Loan Yes and the other with TLC Cash. Payday Loan Yes is actually threatening to garnish my wages now and furthermore, stated that they will be adding all of these outragous fees. Can they actually garnish my wages? I live in CT.

hello, thanks for taking time to read this and answer. my mother in law who lives in the philipines uses my mailing adress. a few days ago i was going through her mail and noticed a letter from american mediation saying that discover is suing her. and just today a lady came by to serve her papers. so if my mother in law is unable to come to america, how can this be resolved? can i resolve this with discover directly, when im not on the account? the only two things in her name is a 401k account, and a automobile thats in her name and mine...
