If this is fraud. how do you fight it? I received a statement from RJM as well, saying that I was overdrawn from a bank that I have never had an account with! They are telling me I am overdrawn by $751+ and this is the first time I hear about this?

These people started calling me February of this year. They never sent anything in the mail. Finally I called and got an account # from them then I sent them a letter requesting validation of the debt. I mailed the letter on March 09, 2011. I got the green card back that shows they received the letter on March14, 2011. They stopped all communication with me. Then today out of the blue I get a letter from them. Its obviously way past the 30 days so I am curious what to do next. I am not even sure if this is proper validation or not????

These people are calling me regarding a person who I knows debt? How did they get my number. My friends says she never gave it out. Someone from 801-505-9964 calls me. I have asked them to stop. I have told them that this is not my debt. :mad: Yet they continue to call me. How can I get them to stop calling?:confused: I have them right now going to voicemail.

I am in the same situation only I am getting garnished leaving me with 300 a week to pay my own bills. My ex owes me over 25000 and our fine and dandy state of neb, sarpy county child support dipsticks that cant do their job.... i am now being garnished for a bill that is from 1997 which is way past the statute of limitaions. I would like to know why and how that sarpy county can even authorize this as the decree states this is his bill, not mine.:mad:

hi all- recently i saw on the boards that one creditor (i can not find that post again to see which one it was) allowed a year to pay off a settlement. i have read here and also by our creditors that we have discussed settlement with that the max is 4 months (but those were on less than $6000 or less account balances) .

Alright I have taken out payday loans that I should not have taken out. It was a foolish mistake and I plan to remedy it soon. I closed my account and e-mailed out the letters stating I was revoking all ACH debits, etc. I live in Alabama and none of the payday loan companies are licensed in my state. They have to be licensed to do business so they are illegal in my state for allowing these loans to be taken out.

I receive ssi once a month. I have a $500 payday loan, am i suppose to pay every two weeks or once a month ? Because i been paying every two weeks but i only get paid once a month !!

My friend was the guarantor on a L of C from Bk of A and we tried to pay off the debt for about a year but the interest rate was so high we couldn't continue. I am on unemployment and she is on Social Security and her retirement. We tried to settle but couldn't afford the settlement amount. Then Bk of A transferred it to these Cach LLC people that were very rude and wouldn't be reasonable about the settlement amount and wouldn't let us make payments.

Has anyone ever heard of this law firm? They are saying that I will be charges with 2 felony counts for not paying back an online loan from Think Cash.
