I applyed for a pay day loan through your comp[any how do i know the results

I got a payday Loan in the amount of 250.00. I lost my job a couple of days after. So I no longer had a direct deposit and could not pay the loan back. I spoke with several rep from the collection department and tried to set up some type of arrangement for repayment. The company would not accept the payments I could make. I advised them there was no money in my bank account and they continued to try and process a check to my bank account. Every time the check was returned was charged 30.00 by my bank.

I was wondering if anyone has any insight or information on an ongoing problem I've been having with various collection agencies. The problem started in Spring 2009 and persists to this day and, even though I've learned a little more about the process with each succeeding collection attempt, I still wish I knew how I became involved in this mess at all. I first received a dunning letter from MFG Financial in May 2009.

So now I have to send the letters of instruction to each loaner correct?

I took out 6 online payday loans, none of them were storefront. I now have myself in a situation to where I cannot even pay the finance charges. My account in deliquent now and I have more charges coming in tomorrow. I spoke with my bank. I am headed over there shortly to close my account completely and open a new one. I have every intention of paying these off.. just one at a time. I know I screwed up. But PLEASE HELP!! WIll I be arrested for closing my account? And what do I do next??

Here is a good question. I was talking with someone about a debt they had. They bought furniture or a matress on a 1 year no payment no interest plan. They never made any payments on it. When does the SOL actually start? I told them it was probably when the year was over and the first payment was actually late, but I really don't know.

How can I get my money returned if I am unsatisfied with a debt consolidation company (Oak View Law Group). They guarantee 100% return of your money if you are unsatisfied with their work and if they haven't successfully negotiated and settled an account? Not one of my accounts that I signed a limited power of attorney for have been successfully negotiated and settled. What recourse do I have? I have already spoken to my banks claim department and they can not offer any assistance because it was authorized transaction.
