I posted a few questions last week in regards to beacon Financial/Lending. I asked last week how is it possbile that they did not debit my account for my pay period of 3/29 or that following Monday? Now when I try to call the number that I have used for months (877)746-4993, I get no dial tone, and after a long pause, just a busy signal? Before I was able to get that, earlier today it wasn't going through at all. Honestly, after looking at this site and reading this forum, when does a PDL ever not debit your account on the scheduled pay period?!?

Hi, I have a PDL from the VIP Loan Shop and am needing to send them a revoke ACH form ASAP, but am having troubles locating their address. When I try to call, I am placed on hold for minutes and no one ever answers. This was an online PDL lender, does anyone know their address? Thanks! LA

[COLOR=black]I signed up for a graduate level class at the near by state university. Attended classes for a few weeks, and then dropped the course. I "owed" the university the full tuition for this class (no student loans were used). I am not in a graduate program nor do I require anything more from this university.

If I close my bank account and revoke all ACH debits, will the PDL's still try to debit my account?

I can't get an address from a PDL company that I'm trying to work in my debt relief program. The company is "My Income Sciences" (MyIncomeSciences.com). They refuse to give me an address and my program will not add them unless they have an address. Can anyone help?

i have multiple online payday loans. For the most part I'm only paying fees and nothing goes towards the principle. I live in Mississippi where payday loans are legal. I just need to know what options I have, so I will be able to get out of this mess.

After about 5 years of being broke and ignoring my debt, I want to start chipping away at it and get my credit back up. I need some advice on the best way to do that. The pay for delete sound too good to be true, does it work? My report shows a few companies that have charged off and the agency that is collecting, would it remove both or just the collection? Most of my debt is older and due to be off of the report in the next 2 years, If I just wait is there anyway for them to keep reporting it after the 7 years? Any advice would help, Thank you.
