Will consolidation work with auto loans as well? Most of what I see is for "unsecured" debt. I'm upside down and 2 months late with two cars (as well as cc debt). This due to a change in employment. Need a way out.

LVNV Funding had an attorney sue me in 2008 for the balance on a repo from 2003. Twice the attorney did not show up in court and the case was dismissed. However they are still reporting it as a deliquent account on my report and are adding late fees. If the court dismissed this can they still do this. personal information removed

And that she would be serving me papers? I told her I couldn't take calls at work and gave my cell phone number, she wanted to verify my address so she could serve me papers. I then got a call on my cell phone, she left a message telling me that I needed to call 888-291-5232 case#110916 & to rectify the situation to avoid having her serve me.

We have about 60K in CC debt plus about 9K in other bill medical etc. All bills are current but ave CC interest rate is over 20% I earns $1200 bi weekly my wife earns $1000 bi weekly. 1 of my chks ea month goes to pay the mortage. We spoke w/ a debt management firm yesterday and they could reduce our monthly cc only pmt from 1670 to 1270/mo and have us pd off in 5yr and change. The problem is that in the short term we could only really afford about a $1000/mo pmt to AVOID accumlating more debt on monthly living expenses, especially with gas going up.

Recieved calls from Keith Brown, who claims to be a process server for the state, with no call back number for himself, only for his client, with phone number 888 885 7743. When I call it, they answer "capital". They claim they are a litigation company and will be serving me with a summons if I don't agree to pay. This is the 3rd company that I have heard from regarding an illegal pdl...SSM Group LLC. Does anyone have any info on "Capital"???
