Hi, i had a payday loan from Advance America from 2007. and they are calling me and telling me that i have 2 hours to pay them back or a warrent is going out for me. is this true? i need some help on this.

ACI bought my 2nd mortgage. I made a payment arrangement with them that I cannot afford and gave them my bank account information. What can I do to get out of this?

If someone cannot produce a contract, am I liable to pay it back? Recieved funding, thought it was my paycheck, came on same day. Spent before I realized I had more money than my overtime should have given me. Do I have any rights in this matter?

When determining assets: Line 28 of the Insolvency worksheet says "Interest in retirement accounts" Would this be the amount of vested interest (money that is mine) in my 401K when debt was cancelled or total balance in my 401K when debt was cancelled.

Midland funding is suing me for $2700 next month. I have gone though two pretrials denying that I know anything about the account. They came to the second pretrial with six statements with my address, and the copy of the signed letter from HSBC bank selling it to midland funding. They say that is all they need but the judge still put it to trial. Court is next month...I asked for more validation since it is just my typed name on the account statemenst with no break down of payments, nothing showing anything from when it was opened. Im not sure what I should do.

What is the process for FINDING the best organization to help with a mountain of debt?

I won a judgement against someone and his employer refuses to pay the wage garnishment. I know that per Ontario's law I can sue the employer. Is the procedure the same as for a debtor. You do a claim against the employer first/then the default judgement if he doesn't defend himself? Thanks,

am having difficulty with payday loan companies, multiloansource.com, and cashnet.com, they r being like bull dogs lol, I have discussed payment optins w/them, etc... r/they legal in the state of Texas?? I have a letter from my lawyer to send them to back them off, but am wondering if they r even wondering if thy r legal in the stste to being with? Thanks for time. Michelle
