I took out a Spotloan back in January for $800. I have paid $1638 and some cents already. They want me to settle for $370 which would make it $2008. I have thought about suing them in small claims court for the overage because I don't think this loan is legal in Ohio. I cannot find a license. They claim to be bound by Turtle Creek Tribe law. I asked the person calling me if they were an Indian. She said no. Their mailing address is Palatine, Illinois. I asked if there was an Indian reservation in Illinois.
