I received a text message yesterday that stated the following, my name. It is very URGENT for you to call National Attorney Service regarding a sensitive matter. The number listed is 877-224-5572 with a case #. Has anyone ever delt with them? Are they a legit company? I have not received any calls or letters from them. I never heard of a company sending text messages. Any advice? Thanks.

I keep getting calls from JC Christensen re: an LVNV account. I have requested validation from this company several times, and also asked to be contacted ONLY via mail by USPS method. I am not sure WHO the original creditor is, and who I actually owe money to if any. How do I find out, and what are my rights as far not owing money to anyone other than the original creditor?

I recently pulled my credit report and found several medical claims from 2009 that have gone to collection agencies. I did not receive notice of these and was very surprised. Do I have any recourse with respect to debt verification. When does the 30 day notice to challenge the debt begin? If I can not get validation can I negotiate payment conditional on having the collection agecny withdraw the collection completely from mt credit report?

Hi, I'm in Arizona. Cach,LLC sent us a summons on a BofA credit card debt, which we answered and denied, denied, denied. In our answer we requested a copy of the signed contract. What we got back was another copy of the generic credit card agreement and notification we are to appear for arbitration in May. What is our next step? Can we file a motion to dismiss? Thanks!
