I need some advice. I called Zwicker after getting a letter from a third party who said they could help me pay off my account (in default) if I gave them money and they stated that I would be getting a summons in the mail soon for a suit. They said they wanted to help me pay this to avoid court. Zwicker said they had no idea how this company got that information and told me if I didnt pay a substantial amount (30%) $650 of my balance $7000. and agree to a monthly amount that it would a suit and that the papers were already sent to the court.

I have payday loans with shamrock marketing and fox enterprises. I have no number for fox enterprises and shamrock will not answer and will not call me back or return emails. They are still taking money from my account. What do I do?

hi ive been to this site many times and i am happy to say that you guys gave me my life back. because of caring people like you i took the plunge and im trying to get back to my "before pdls" self. i already made arrangements with check n go and settled for 800.00, im in the process of paying them. i still have one click cash, speedycash and cashnet. i recieved a call from one click and when i told them that they were not licensed to lend in the state of texas ,she said that they were. i borrowed 400.00 dollars from them and have paid them 240.00 in fees.

I have a complaint filed against me by Midland funding and no date has been set for court. I was sent a letter yesterday to join the class action suit against Midland. If I join the class action suit, will that stop the lawyers from Midland from pursuing further litigation with me and prevent the suit from going to court? Thanks for your help.

I want to know if I can be sued for a credit card debt that it's not even showing in my credit record. A debt collector called my dad asking for my number ( I have no idea how? and why he got his number) but I contacted him yesterday and he said that he was contacting me because I was being sued for a credit card debt.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'll give it a shot. I have 2 Citibank credit cards that have balances over $20k each (I know it's bad ) and I am a few months late on paying anything on either one of them. Citi has sent me settlement letters on both accounts offering to settle for approx. 25% of the total balance (approx $5k on each of them).
