can you include payday loans under Care One

im writting cause im trying to find out why my husbands credt report has national det ddsu ks on it it says from dec 2010 but we lived in az

I just received a check with garnished wages and assuming that it was a debt that i was already paying on I immediatly paid the remainder. After looking just a little further into this I found that Midland Funding was collecting on the same debt that i paid to another company. They are also charging me for court and lawyer fees. I had no idea there was a court date and the total they are trying to get from me is more than 10 times the original debt. Is there anything I can do about this? What should I do next? Thank you, any help is appreciated.

They sent a debt validation letter. I thought I saw a post on here where someone posted a reply letter and I would love to follow that example. Can anyone help me find it please? My computer isn't being friendly with me today (probably my work firewalls). Or can someone point me in the direction of a DV letter to Alliance Asset (bottom feeders)?? I need to get this out ASAP...got the letter on Tuesday, 4/12. Thanks!!

I needed to know how do I find out if Payday lenders are illegal in the state of Florida. I currently have out 6 loans and I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel :( Here is a list of my lenders: Fleet Marketing PayDay Max CMG Group Cash Call Titan Group Ashland Funding I'm not sure if you need to know the original loan amounts, I have those...but it would take me some researching to find out how much I have paid back, because they keep rolling over.
