I had a payday loan over 3yrs ago now a company called thompson &assoc. out of lawrence massachusetts called yelling and threating me, they would not give me a fax or add to send them a copy of my bankruptcy while i included the debt owed to the co. they are trying to collect for. they did not show up at the time i file the judge discharge it. how to get them to stop harrassing me

What is your opinion of Greenpath, Inc for debt management?

First, let me say that I don't have anything in collections nor do I have creditors hounding me but my husband and I just bought a house, then I have incurred significant medical expenses that will continue to mount because my illness is ongoing. Add in all the expenses that come with owning a house and we have months where we have very little wiggle room and in today's economy, that makes me very nervous. Like I said, we're not in real trouble yet but I don't want us to get into real trouble but I don't know all that much about finances.

Is GT Services a junk debt buyer? I've noticed an old HSBC credit card that was turned over the a collection agency says that GT Services is the creditor and HSBC was the original creditor.:confused:
