First off, i live in Va. The loan I got was from a website, im trying to get more info from my bank about the company. Theyve already taken 3 times the amount of the loan itself in "service fees". What can i legally do? This company is taking my rent and bill money. Help!:eek:

Ok well I went a whole 7 days without any calls, and I must say that it was so nice to breathe!!!! But that little sabatical is over as the calls started today with a vegence. I swear I feel like I am the only one getting harrassed than I look here and no I am not alone. But the thing is really will I ever get a breather??? A month atleast??? Is answering and telling them I know that they are illegal better than ignoring??? It seems that since I am ignoring that they keep calling or am I just unlucky??? :confused:

I have a credit card with Wells Fargo that was in a business name but still under my social security number. I cant afford to make the minimum payment and they are telling me they wont negotiate it as long as it isnt paid current. I am having a hard time catching up since when I do make payments it isnt making a dent so the interest keeps accruing. I told them they need to work with me because I may end up filing a BK and then they would get nothing so they still wont budge. Any suggesstions ?

I am having the same problem with 200cash.com the charged my checking account 19 dollars and then twice 44.00 I went over my statements just in case I didn't remember and I never received any money from them my bank refuned both the $44 dollar withdraw because they $19.00 came thru when I had no money in the account so they didn't get the one time fee I have tried to call them and no answer. Where do I go from here

I am trying to find a negotiater for a business card that I have that I cant afford to pay there minumum payment. It is with Wells Fargo and they tell me they cant help me until it is paid current. I am attempting to pay it but the interest of course keeps going and I am not even making a dent in it. I want to avoid a bk but they arent willing to help me even when I tell them they they may end up getting nothing. Its in the business name but still under my SS# so it affects my credit. Any suggestions ?

I need help. I currently have (11) payday loans and I cannot handle the high fees anymore. I just found out that in Maryland where I live: A. All payday loan providers must be registered to do business in Maryland. B. Interest/Fees cannot exceed 33% APR I am paying 300% to 730% APR on these loans. I got caught up in the mess when we had a fire and were displaced for mroe than 6 months living in a hotel. My question is lthis: 1. If I close my account to stop the debits - what are the consequences to me? 2.

I am being sued by a third party debt collector. I have been served with a summons and I sent back answer, cert. of service etc, denying debt with the third party who has tacked on fees. I have a pretrial conf. next week. What else can I do to rid this debt ?
