I have notified National Cash several times via email communication and a letter i sent them to quit calling my employer. They keep calling!! I dont know what to do.

This company is nuts. I got 2 calls in one day, from a guy obviously in India, I couldn't understand a word he said, finally I get the name of his company, Allied Interstate out of him, he tells me, I owe $183.00 to Franklin Mint! Seriously? Not in this lifetime. Just happens, in the last month I sent off for all my credit reports, there is nothing on there from Franklin Mint. I think they're scammers. The law is, at least in Texas, that they have to send you a letter/bill within 30 of their first contact with you.

I have a lot of debt from a divorce. I had a few collection agencies call me and try to settle one of the seven I recently settled. Some of this debt goes back 3 years already. I wrote to each one of them but I am not getting calls from the collection agencies. How long do they take to call me? I would of assumed since one called and I paid the rest would follow like bees to honey. Thanks

A friend of mine just got a new truck from a dealer using a car he was buying before the truck as collateral. At the time there was not a lien on it but he still owed money on it. Can the seller of the car put a lien on the car last minute, without the buyer present and without consent? We live in Missouri, if that helps.

After consulting the legal self-help at the court house and a debt lawyer my boyfriend and I found that he could not get the order vacated. They told him all he could do at this point was either go through the court to set up a payment plan that the collector had to legally accept, get the collector to set up one with him or let the collection agency continue to chase him for the money through garnishments. He was able to get them to set up a payment plan to satisfy the judgement. However, there are SO MANY laws this collection agency broke and I want to counter sue.

I signed up with a Dept negotiating company and paying every month to negotiate creditors. I need more time to have enough fund for the negotiation. In the mean time I been sued from the credit card collector and have a court date. What can I do to get out of it?

So the BBB of Tulsa closed my case saying it is unresolved because Ameriloan refuses to respond. I have a copy of the email she sent me from the BBB with the resasons it is closed I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Bureau and now what should I do because If I keep hearing they only take payments by debit/ credit card or ach I am going to snap. I blocked them from calling my home now they call my cell.

Ive been dealing with Peachtree (Colarado) since last week. When I called the number back on Monday they are now calling themselves Mile High Law Firm. They told me their name changed. Apprently they purchased an old payday loan from the Cash Store, which is legal in Illinois. I dont agree with the amount they are claiming I owe. They insist that I need to pay the balance of $1312 within 4 months. I show my balance is only $964 and confirmed with the CS this was the amount my account was closed for.
