I have tried paying on 3/19/11, seems they said my card was denied when calling the bank the bank said that amount would not have been denied. I called and gave my credit card number again. Request a letter of settle in full related to trying to get a loan for a house and I need these letter as soon as possible becasue the loan is going to fall threw if I do not have this last letter of settle in full. I already have money on this house and that is why I am pressing the issue on getting this letter.

Currently owe the following balances on 3 credit cards. Barely keeping up with the monthly minimum due and know that paying just the minimum due is like spinning my wheels in the mud. Hello, I was straight out of high school and on my way to college. I did a bad thing and used a credit card and didnt pay it back. I know I am in debt, but I am unemployed. The credit card I used was from Wells Fargo. I really want to pay back the debt and maybe any other debts that i can confirm that I have made. But the harassing calls i get from Wells Fargo are not understanding. I ask my boyfriend about his debt collectors and they are the nicest people in the world. My debt collectors are mean, and so rude. They dont listen to how i can pay them back ( like pay 50$/monthly).

I wanted to talk to someone about my next payment.

So, I just started getting these calls from them saying I owe this money for this account. Funny thing is I have a payment plan set with the OC and am still paying them monthly. I just got a letter confirming my next transaction. I call the OC and they have no idea whats going on! However this collection office is RUDE!!! Saying they can't do payment plans, they won't help with a settlement in less than a few days. I could have a settlement however I would want it in writing and I certainly would need more than 7 days to deal with it all.

We got sucked into making a deal with them for a debt that was almost past the SOL in 2006. We paid the down payment they demanded, and $100 a month until last spring. They had stopped sending us payment coupons, and we asked them if we were done. They said that we were, and we requested a letter of receipt of the debt. We heard nothing from them. Monday we got a letter saying we defaulted, and that they were pursuing a judgment against us. I am pissed off in a big way. They are demanding nearly nine thousand dollars from us.

Oh please.....why?? This person is clueless....a reincarnation of Paul Cahill and SC and numerous others. After I log on in the morning and delete spam, I have to go in and monitor the divel that she has posted. MOREOVER, (sorry I couldnt resist!) most of the time she doesnt even answer the question, just goes off on a tangent. Good Nelly and her seem to tag team posting useless answers. Personally I dont think either are in the US.... We cannot give awards to people who cannot answer a simple question with a correct answer.
