I sent a debt validation letter to Frontier Financial by CMRRR. The post office website shows it was delivered on Friday. Today I get a call from Sam at CFG concerning the same PDL loan to LoanPointUSA. I asked him what happened to Frontier Financial and he stammered and then I asked for his mailing address and he in turn got his "supervisor" on the phone. She hammered left and right and asked why I would want their address and I said I wanted to send them a letter and she said, "If it's a validation letter I can do that by phone." I said no, I want it sent in the mail.

Hi, I am in the middle of a divorce and noticed this popped up on my credit. This is actually a credit account that my ex had and had listed me as a signer on, since then, he has defaulted on it and it is seriously delinquent. Why is it on MY credit if i was only listed as a signer. I never signed a credit agreement.
