Which program should I take if I have huge amount of credit card debt?

I have a loan with cashnet usa and I am in Texas. I looked them up and their bond is marked as cancelled / expired since 2008. Does that make them unregistered as a CSO and therefore illegal? They are not Licensed as a lender and they were only registered as a CSO.

I really need some advice and I need it fast :( the CA is barreling through his process without even giving us a chance to clear or debate our debt... Process servers have come by twice to my apartment but have not served me. I checked my local county court online and found my name listed as being sued by Cach LLC. I am in California. The original debt was from a Bank of America credit card. Balance: $2445. My credit reports shows that I owe Cach LLC the same exact amount of $2445. . My questions: 1. If I continue to evade the process server and they fail to serve me, is that a good thing? Pros/Cons? Or should I just allow myself to be served? 2.

Can you put your vehicle in with a debt consolidator when trying to get back on track?

I am attempting to settle my Citibank credit card debt. I have so far gotten them to agree to a settlement of $2500 on a balance of $7624. However, I tried to negotiate that they report the debt as "paid in full" to the credit bureaus and they said they couldn't do that and would only report it as "settled in full". Is it true that they can't really do this, or is it something I should continue trying to negotiate? Also, I am at 179 days late so I know they are about to "charge off" my account. Should I wait until they send it to a collection agency for better luck? THANK YOU!!!

I received a settlement offer letter from mcm, not sure if this is real but if it is real I want to pay it,I question if I get a account satisfied letter because of bad reviews on the internet, 1. How can I garentee getting a account satisfied letter ? 2. If I pay will my account really be satified ?
