These ppl keep calling my residence and I don't have a clue why because I don't have an account with them. I have asked them to remove my number from the calling list and they haven't done so yet .What else can I do?

So a few years ago I had a bad experience with several illegal lenders. Long story wont go into it. So now I make it a point to get loans from illegal lenders and never pay them back. I want to screw all illegal lenders that I can. They cant inforce them so I can do it. Is that wrong? I mean they screw others why not return the favor.

I have a few payday loans out and could really use help. I have one with check n go i got 800 paid them over 200 and currently owe them 1006 I have one with ace cash express i owe them 911 I have already paid them over 800 on a 1000 loan i have one with loanpoint usa i borrowed 600 paid them 180 and they say i owe them 960 I also have one with gateways. I borrowed 300 and they will not even tell me how much i owe them because they said it is now in collections. Please help me

I have a debt that stems from a $6000 live check received from HSBS in 2006. Now the amt owed is 9000 despite many payments made. No payment has been made in 6 months. Had asked for and been refused for hardship. Now it has been accelerated but still with beneficial. Can I argue predatory lending and get a reduced settlement? can ask for a long term settlement?

Hello. I'm working with Oak View Law Group. I just received letters in the mail regarding both my wife's and my AT&T Universal Card. They have both been assigned to Burton Neil to collect the balances. My wifes balance is abut $22k and mine is 18K. We are about 120 deliquent. Questions: (1) anyone have an experience with this firm? (2) my deposits to Oak View are currently tied up settling a BoA account. Is Burton Neil patient and will to work with clients?

I filed a complaint with the BBB of Delaware regarding Eastside Lenders and their illegal practices with CA residents even after receiving a desist and refrain letter from the CA Dept. of Corporations. Eastside Lenders responded to the complaint and stated they were governed by Delaware. I disputed their response and attached a copy of the desist and refrain order from CA Dept. of Corporations. I got a message from BBB Delaware that the complaint was resolved because the company had made a good faith effort to resolve it. Now what? I certainly don't consider the situation resolved.

Help. I recently bowwed $300 from Mesa Financial. Apparently, I didn't read the terms carefully. (Desperate for the money I guess) I have paid $480 on a $300 loan. They are going to continue to deduct $90 every two weeks indefinately for a (fee) until I tell them to deduct additional $ to the principle. Wow! Can they do this??
