I have 7 loans out and it seems as though I am never going to get out of them. I found some of these places are in Delaware and holding me to delaware lending rules does that apply to me in NJ? A few sound like they are in another country I mean most have no fax numbers or addresses what do I do.

I just recieved a call from a "collection" agency on a payday loan company "payday 1" online company. stating I owe 2 outstanding loans to them since 2008 and 2009 which they have since sold. When I questioned them they hung up on me now no one will talk and they state they are preparing a civil suit against me. Because they have my Social Security and address they state that is all they need I want to research before I agree to anything. I lived in California in 2008 and am now in South Dakota

has anyone dealt with NationWide Cash (NWC) and their recovery department? are their threats of prosecution just to scare me? I reported them to my attorny General and they actually responded and was going to send them a letter, but not sure if they recieved it, they wouldnt even give me a mailing address. They are not following my cease and disist request to not call my work phone.

I have received several emails in the past few days from QLOOT/Vip Cash, stating that my loan of 605 is due on Friday March 4th, and if I would like to pay my loan in full, extend my loan or increase my loan to call...and they leave this number, "888-678-2999". That was last tuesday, today I get an email (and also phone calls) stating that my account is in default. And to bring it current they are requiring me to call then to make a payment.

Hello, My fiance is being sued for his Capital One Credit Card by Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore LLC. He was served papers yesterday and given a court date. We plan to go to court, however: We had full intentions of calling the agency and hoping to get a settlement. His debt is 1,225.00 + Costs. We can make monthly payments of whatever is really necessary.

Okay, so I owe a big amount to CashNetUSA...$1700 + fees to the grand total amount of $2500!! So their terms are: 6 payments of $421 over the next 6 paychecks!! UGH! I cannot pay that if I am paying back 2 other legal PDLs. What should I do? I spoke with them yesterday, and all she said was think about it and call back tomorrow with your decision. And I'm thinking "or else what?". Just seems weird that they are doing this. So what are my options? I cannot do this $421 because I have car & truck payments, 3 credit card payments, etc.

Has anyone ever heard of Payday Solutions? I know they have to be a bottom feeding collector, but I am unable to locate any information to send them a cease and desist letter. They never tell you what account they have, only threaten to show up with a summons for court for fraud. Tom Crawford keeps calling and harassing. Phone number he gives is 877-833-7445. Really want to send him a request to validate as well as cease and desist. These loans were actually prohibited in my state, but I need to stop these very loathsome and annoying calls.
