Welp, my good people, my settlement plan backfired. My debt was charged-off after only 120 days, now it's in the hands of these... ahem... "people". The good news is that it was my biggest debt, so maybe I can get a better settlement with them. I've read all the horror stories about them, but has ANYONE ever actually settled with them? Any idea of why it was charged off so soon?

I am in Pa borrowed 200.00 from this company. O rolled it over 4 times . I have closed my account and i sent them a letter like the one you have n this site. They have been threatning me and they faxed in a copy of my application, drivers lic and a copy of the check. I had to give them a check for 250.00 as a part of teh process but teh payments had been withdraewn from my account. i put a stop pay on t eh check before i closed my account. I am now embarrased because my job knows and i have been receiving calls from a gerry garcia trying to collect.

They have been plaguing me for a few months with an 800- service number, When I did not answer, no message was left; when I answered, I heard only a click. When I eventually called back at 800-210-0434, The recorded message directed me to call Allied Interstate at 800-570-5718. At this number, (??"publishing??), I was told that Allied was a third party collection agency. Giving them (-5718) only my last name and zip code, the person told me that they had my last name and zip on file but with a different address and a different--not related--first name.

You depositied 300 dollars to my account without my consent and im sending this message to let you know im stopping payment on this until i receive documentation with my signiature on it proving that i actually approved the loan...I already had loans taken out and would NEVER take out more than i could afford to pay back......this overdraws my account and is unacceptable business practice,im also reporting you to the bbb and any other agency in the US that will take notice of you and your schemes...

I owe national check cashers 501.00 defaulted monday what should i do, also owe first choice cash advace on friday 800.00 will not be able to pay am i going to jail tryed to call rude told me i was in big trouble writing a bad check. Omg just starting to get my life going now jail.... Both are store fronts in ohio.. Also creditors interchange did an ach post dated check it did not clear for 150.00 . Now they are saying i commited check fraud. Is this true because they said i had to pay the 3,000 now that payment plan is off. Wtf should i do omg i am so stupid help me

i have been paying them (thru a lawyer) for about a yr now just got an execution against me they whipped out my checking and savings and i guess they will continue to do so.. how can they do this if you are trying to pay them back..? i was told i was only paying the interest.. didn't know that until last week and fri my money was gone..heading to the courthouse and bank now .. the fight begins..

I have negociated a debt settlement with a man in India. Evidently the debt was "sold" to his company and he is trying to collect. I requested he write me a letter stating the terms of our agreement and he was very hesitent to do so. He did have a letter sent to me but it did not give his name, company, and the return address was a POB in PA. How can I find out if this is legitimate or not? Smells a little fishy. Thanks.
