I got a letter from CS and Associates...I cannot find out anything about them or if they are even legit. It was from a payday loan back in 7/10...I have not been able to pay back at this time due to finc reasons. I have every intention to do so. They call me at work all the time when I have asked them not to and today they sent a fax for payroll..can they even attach my pay? Every time they call & leave a message they change the offical name of CS & Assoc. The fax they sent is from a Premier Processing Group? They have no info or address to even fax or phone numbers to send back to.

I just got off the phone with these people and decided to research the company to see if they were a valid law firm as they had told me. Unfortunately, I found this site that has me wondering just how bad I have messed up. They now have my prepaid credit card number, address, and everything. This debt was from 2008, and I havent recieved ANYTHING by mail in regards to it. I don't know how to proceed from here. Can I still send a cease and desist to them?? I need help.... thank you

I live in Alabama. I have 2 payday loans, both for $500. I have been paying on this for several months now. Everytime I pay the fee, I have to rewrite and it is a continuous thing. I have paid about $800 in fees for both. I don't see paying them off any time soon. I have asked about payment plans, but they seem to not have anything. I thought about letting them send them to the bank and get returned. But, then I don't want them to go to the DA. Is there anything I can do? These are with Approved Cash Advance and Money Store, both are stores. Thank you!

yesterday when I got home there was a message from this number 1-888-286-8410 and they said that it was important that I called them and they said they have charges pending against me and that I would either be served at work or at home and they had some docket number. So the woman Kimberly Smith didnt leave an extention and I called back but no one answered. I know I owe United Cash Loan some money but can they serve me over the phone and I called again this morning and left a message for them to call me at work so we can talk. Any insight helpful.
