i have a friend who is being harrassed by Pressler and Pressler. my friend has had Cereble Palsy since birth and is on SSI and Disability, or something to that effect. he cannot work and the last time those cards were used was 12 years ago.can Pressler and Pressler collect a debt that is over 7 years in collections and if so, can his bank acct be attached when the only checks that are deposited in there are for his disability from the government?

I am now a victim of the Star cash processing I took a pay day loan not from them, and i pay for it on payday, I opened this account just two weeks ago, and somehow they got my information, and when i called the bank they told me i had this 200 posted and then 60 taken out, two days later, I didn't authorize it, and the bank accepted it and didn't offer to reverse it.

my car was repossed almost 3 years ago the bank is now coming after me for the remaining balance plus tons of interest i asked them what they did with the car they said they dont know what happend to it and have not heard anything about the car untill they came after me is there any actions i can take or is it legel thanks

I have received emails from these people about a payday loan for $200 i took out in october, I paid $60 every two weeks for 2 1/2 months only to find out I was only paying INTEREST and the loan was automatically renewing every two weeks, and to pay it off, i had to pay another $260 in one lump sum, as well as mailing them a letter stating that i would be paying this amount? wtf?

Hello! I have been dealing with redline recovery for months now. The settlement they have asked for they want a large deposit on, which I cannot pay and they refuse to work with me for an amount I Can pay. They are harassing my mother (my co-signer) as well as my fiance's phone looking for me. They told me at one point they didn't even want to talk to me because I had no money and they would be going after my mother. They have threatened legal action but as of now have not done anything.

I have 18000 in default w/ GC services and several issues I am trying to understand. My goal is to regain my financial aid elegibility. On the Missouri Dept of Higher Educ. website it states my options are rehab, payment in full or consolidation. I have never consolidated my loans. the MDHE site clairfies that you must make 3 satisfactory payments before you are eligible for consolidation if in default. issue # 1. GC services says the only option is 12months of payments and school eligibility in 6months.

I received a voicemail on my work phone from a lady named Karen White saying I had a fraudelent check that was about to go to court and if I didn't call her back and request a Form 115 they would be to my house and work to serve me. Later that day they called my mom and said if I don't call back in 30 minutes they couldn't help me.
