Anyone else ever gotten calls from this number? Apparently it belongs to Credit One Bank. I have no account whatsoever with them and have yet to talk to someone. I had no idea who the number belonged to until I looked it up since they call tons of times but never, EVER, leave a message. It's constant that I hear tons of times, then never hear from them for months, and then get tons of calls again. I'd call them, but I hear they're ridiculous to deal with so I think I'll just flat out send them a letter. I'd send them an email, but they have no email addresses whatsoever on their site.

I answered a summons 10 months ago for a chase credit card. I checked the court website and the index # of the complaint does not come up. There has been no contact by the court or creditor since the complaint was received. What should I expect next? I thought I would receive some sort of discovery request by now.

I paid a debt back in December via pre paid credit card, but the collection agency won't send me a paid letter. They say they will, but it has yet to arrive. I last phoned them on 1/27/11. Can I sue them over this?

they did the same thing to us and i never spoke with anyone so i had no idea they did a deposit into my account my account was overdrafted at the time of the deposit so the money they deposited in my account was took ,my payroll checks are direct deposited in my account so i had no idea the money was ever even placed before i knew it they were withdrawing money from my payroll so i had to close the account now im constantly getting harrassed by these people ive even made a police report cause someone clearly hacked into my accounts,they keep telling me to fax them a copy of the police reports

Hello everyone....I have a question about Paydayone. I received a loan from them for 500.00 and now they sent me to LRA collection agency 303-800-1660 and they are demanding 824.00. Is there anything that I can do cause they are demanding the whole amount or they will have me prosecuted for a bad check....Please help me in the situation. I paid 284.90 on the loan and wanted to pay it off but lost my job.
