hey guys ~ I'm hoping someone can help me. I received a summons from this crooked law group (yeah I looked them up and they are a bunch of snakes) for an old Bank of America credit card I had in 2008. Due to financial circumstances (lay offs, etc.), I have been unable to make any payments. I owe them about $4k.

Good morning. I have gotten myself in payday loan hell. Things have been tough financially for the last year and it is time to stop. I need to know what to do to get out of this financial mess I have gotten into. I have pdl internet loans and storefront loans. The internet loans are doing ach debits from my checking account and I pay the interest fees in cash on the storefront loans.

This company called me today on my cell phone and demanded i pay a pdl that i took out in 2005, and when i called back they changed the year to 2010 and they say i owe over 450.00, they have all my personal information, what do i do

Want to know what to do if we can't afford payments on the chapter 13 because our attorney has had to file it twice for us in the past year. He new my husband had lost his job, but yet he didn't seem to do anything for us. So we paid him money up front twice to file both times and then he charged us his fees twice. The fees for filing twice was 1,000.00. The first case we had paid in was about 5,400.00. And now we have paid in the second time so far is 2,300.00. My husband had lost his job a second time, but didn't last but about 3 weeks before he got another one.

Hello all! I have sent off all of the emails to my illegal PDLs and gave each of them 48 hours to respond to my request for a PIF letter, and their time is about up, with no repsonse. So, my next step is filing my complaints with the SC Attorney General and the FTC. Does anyone know where I can find a sample complaint letter? Should my complaint be filed online or via certified mail, or does it matter? Thanks for all the help!

Hello, in 2206 I settle my debt with numerous agencies. The last one was a CHase account whihc I settled with the company that was representing Chase by the name of Mann Bracken. After about a year por so passed I received a letter stating I still owed money on the account. This has been going back and forth for a couple of years. I hear from Palisades Collection hten they say they will gtake care of it then Iear from them again. I sent the settlement letter from USA Debt co with was representing me and copies of the two checks taken out of my account from the settlement.
