My student loan is in default and west asset management has started collecting for the dept of education. How do i deal with the department of ed instead of west asset management.

I'm in a deep hole with credit cards around twenty thousand. I contacted world law plan for information found the company on google. Any had dealings with them before? The person I spoke with from world law told me my best option is debt settlement. I'm just nervous of getting scammed I'm already in deep enough debt and I'm trying to get out.

I was supposed to get my 44.00 back from Metro PCS and was told that I would be getting credit returned, but the credit hasn't been posted to my card. I have a problem with a medical bill that has gone to collection. First, I owe this bill. My wife made arrangements to pay 150.00 a month on the total which was 3000.00. she made 10 payments and the bill was still 3200.00. This CA is in Tennessee so they can get 10% interest as far as what I have learned. Now I am not a genious but that is 300.00 dollars. Now 3000 + 300 - 1500 =1800.00. I was taken to court and garnished on a total of 3267.00. The CA will not tell me where my money went and how this figure was arrived at.

Hello. I took a 300 internet pay day loan out and wasn't able to pay it back right away. They charged me 5 90 fees and my bank finally closed my account because of all of the overdraft charges and the negative balance. I opened up another bank account with a different bank and this pay day loan company took 400 dollars out randomly a week ago. I never called them and gave them the new bank account information.
