I had a payday loan that I stopped paying on and closed my account. Ending up getting a call from Jeannette Hall from NCA. She threatened to have the money I owed taken from my paycheck and today she left a message for my boss. Anyone ever deal with NCA?

I have a loan outstanding at 90 days (today) with Beneficial. The balance is approximately 10,356.00. I have contacted them by letter (using DIY form off this site), I called them last night to initiate a settlement offer and they were willing to go at 60%, which I cannot do and pay other bills. The lady who took my call was very nice and said they would "see if they could work something out, but would have to look at my payment history". They told me to call back in a couple days. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what they would "work out" just so I'm not blindsided.

I received a phone call today from a Ms. Collier who said she was going to have me charged with wire fraud if i didn't call back and make arrangements. i thought this payday loan company was illegal in Texas. please advise. I have already sent them the letter on illegal loans and have requested my refund and this is what i got back-this phone call. Is she all bluff?

I have USAA bank and they don't have a local branch here in ALABAMA. I have called several times, emailed and faxed them the below letter. They say that I have to do a stop payment individually and pay 29.00 for each. If anyone knows anything else I can do I would greatly appreciate it. I have opened a new account but can't do anything with it until my new checks and atm card come. So I am freaking out until the 10th when my paycheck get's deposited in the USAA account.

I bought a foreclosure, with the entity foreclosing being a HOA, my title is second in line to the first mortgage, now there is an order of dismissal for lack of presecution, what happens next? the story is too long to go into totally, but in a nut shell does the foreclosing party have to start over again or is the foreclosure closed forever? I have no clue, any repsonse?

I tried to do a block on all ACH withdrawls but they said that they can't do that and I have to do them individually and pay a 29.00 fee for each. I also faxed and email them the following letter. I, hereby revoke any and all ACH authorizations with the following companies from debiting any of my personal accounts, per Federal law, Regulation E Section 205.10 Preauthorized transfers.
