His "ID1428" The phone number on my callerid is 347-416-5124 He stated I have 5 "crminal" charges against my SSN. After some roundabout talk he stated that US Cash Advance had given me a $200.00 loan which is bull. Never heard of them. Anyway he says the toal amount to keep from getting arrested I had to send him $5000.00. I was laughing by this time.

Hi, I ran into some money problems several months ago and like an idiot I took out a payday loan with 500 Fash Cash. Still was having problems so I took yet another loan this time with Ameriloan. I just couldn't seem to get ahead and so I let them take the "interest" only...then when they started taking the principal AND the interest it added up to $125 this month. Ameriloan took $60. Next month 500 fast cash will take $110 and so will Ameriloan. That's $220 I really can't afford to be without...I live on $879 a month. we have a debt for a credit card that has been sent to a CA. I contacted them and made a payment of $600 for a $3000 card amount. I offered to make $100 a month to them until it was paid off, they are not accepting our offer, they have said that we have to pay at least $600 a month (about 1/2 of our monthly income) or they will take us to court. What can I do?

Has anyone ever heard of My Pay Day Loan Relief? They contact all the PDLs one may have and negotiate a payoff amount and arrange for you to pay them back less than you actually owe. Let me know ASAP! Thanks.

On both of my letters to the creditor the form I used did not stipulate a copy of the contract that gives the CA the right to collect, or that the debt has been purchased by the CA. Can or should I send an updated letter? A couple of CA'S responded with one copy of a statement.

Hi, My husband's student loan has been in wage garnishment for almost 2 years now, and I have finally convinced him to get a hearing to stop the garnishment. In September 2010 he filed the paperwork with the CA and the Dept of Ed, it is now January 2011, and they still will not stop the garnishment. The CA said all the paperwork has been filed and the hearing is done, and everything is in order to stop it but the CA company won't give the order to stop the garnishment.

Are these internet based lenders legal in Texas?? Please help!

We have had to stop paying on our Barclay's card due to them increasing the interest rate and then not willing to negotiate a payoff. They seemed to have sent it to Creditors Interchange and when I asked for a fax number they would not give it. In fact the lady I talked to said she would be there only until 3 P.M. and when I called at 3:30 P.M. she was still there and I did not even need to dial an extension. Does anybody have the fax number to Creditors Interchange as I plan on faxing them a DV tomorrow. Thanks.
