I have just received a call from the Lyons Group saying that I owe over $400.00 to BMG. They cannot provide me with any information except that the funds were deposited in my account sometime in April. Unfortunately for them I contacted my bank and my account has never received a deposit from this company. I was told that I would be arrested but when I called them back, they tried to cover their tracks and say that I would have to go to court. This company says that it is not a collection agency but an asset investigation company.

:mad:fncb sent me a letter from a debt from 2005 (maybe earlier)that was paid. I don't have proof because 1) it was years ago 2) it was check by phone the original creditor priorf to fncb said they would mail documentation stating it was paid, never did. I called fncb disputed the debt, told them not to contact me or anybody they may have as a contact. They told me the account was closed what does that mean?

I just received a call from the same agency. Stating that they will be filing in my County and I need to return the call. 716-803-8457 is the number they left for me. He stated that the county court system had been hack into, and other companies maybe trying to contact you. Disregard their calls.:confused:

What if the company sells the car they repossessed from you do you still have to pay off the loan?

:twisted:This so called Co. is a scam Rip off , I borrowed 200.00 dollars from them and about the third or fourth week at 60.Dollars a withdwrwel from my account , I checked to see how much balance I had to pay off . I thoght , just a few dollars left to pay ,,at 60 dollars a pop equils to 180.dollars , so I figuard maybe about 50 or 60 more to pay off .

are they a good company to work with
