carson store put me in collections with this company without my knodlege and they need to fix this or im getting a lawyer

Why is it when you talk to collection agencies they don't want to mail you anything in the mail ? Or, does one just have to be patient ? Advice please

You both helped me in my situation in regards to L, D, and G on my forum situation. This company is about to take money from my account soon and how do I properly inform them that what they did to me was unethical. They only sent me the letter from them via my e-mail. I still have yet to notify the two PDL's that I defaulted on on how to solve this issue on off terms. Please advice again, thanks.

Hello! I live in the state of texas and made the stupid stupid of mistake of falling into the pd loan cycle. My question is are any of the following lenders illegal in TX? TLC Fast Cash SSM Group LLC Loan Shop Cash Central <-- I believe they are ok CashNet USA <-- I believe they are ok The first three on the list where very very hesitant to provide me any information including their address or my account number.

I live in Minnesota and currently have four payday loans. I've tried reading through all of the posts but and looked at the list, and it appears they are illegal (hooray!!!!!) - I just wanted to confirm before I send them an email. I have already closed my account at the bank. Advance Me Today Gov Emp Paradise Loan Advance Sure Advance Cash I tried signing up for Progressive Debt Relief - as they said they would be able to better negoiate a payment plan, but they took my credit card information and have not contacted me since. I'm begining to wonder if they are a scam as well.

I have 17800 default on federal student loans. I worked out a repayment plan and CG services screwed up the first draft, admitted their mistake but still refused to use that bank account again ever and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the overdraft fee incurred and agreed to pay. I just recieved a wage garnishment order also. I am not worried about the amount but I would like to know if I am eligible to consolidate these loans and if that would remove the negativity from my credit report or get me out of default status. any and all help is appreciated. thanks!:confused:

are you kidding me I have had thousands of dollars withdrawn and have been called at work and threaten to be thrown in jail. Are these paydayloans illegal or not in ma. If it doesnt matter who they are?

I will be getting my debt together, and getting the amount that I owe from each creditor and contact you later with the exact amount owe, and then I'll see if you can help.
