Hi. I'm hoping that someone can help me. I've gotten into this terrible mess since my car accident and I am now paying so many PDL fees that I can't keep up with my house or car pmts. I bank with Bank of America and live in TN. I'm terrified that if I stop pmt, these people will call work and speak with my supervisor and get me in trouble at work. They do have my personal work #. Here's my breakdown.

:(do not have enough money to pay my bills and the payday loans (need help NOW )paid ever two weeks, direct deposit, $1200 HELP! do not know how i got in this miss one payday loan at local store $400, and three internet payday loans $400, $400 and $300. do not know how i will make car payment or rent and living expense? about to lose everything NO CAR, MEANS NO WAY TO GET THE 30 MILES TO WORK. NO MONEY, MEANS NO WAY TO PAY RENT OR GAS OR FOOD. just paying payday loans.

I have a question if Im filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have a pending civil case against me and my husband, Personal Injury, Property, Damaga and Wrongful Death case against us, can that be discharged in bankrupcty.

Okay , so I owe pokerstars.com $2000 .... my old roommate really xxxx me good by making deposits totaling $2K .... then losing the money... I just closed my checking account so none of the transactions will go through.... My question now is , since i'm in the united states ( florida ) what can pokerstars possibly do other than sell me off to a collection agency? Also , I'm guessing the collection agency will be Joseph mann & creed from what i've read on other threads.... If I send them a debt validation letter , what should I expect to hear back from them ?

Bear with me, this is a long post.:) I received a letter from a lawyer for a CA about a credit card debt that is still within the SOL. The letter threatened law suit if I didn't make payment arrangements with them. I called the CA to see about settling this and was told to call the legal dept. of CA. Fine. So I call legal dept. number and they said they can't do anything about the debt(that they own) and I need to call law office.

is it common practice for a debt collection agency to charge interest on a judgment against a credit card holder-on a credit card which has already accure interest on that credit card?
