This is what has happened to me because of PDL's. Yesterday I received a call at work from another company letting me know that they had filed a police report against me because I had called their company 50 times yesterday looking for a specific person and threatening the employees of this company. This company decided to call my company to speak to my supervisor and the receptionist gave the call to me. Once this other company spoke to me they realized I was not the person that had been calling them, I do not have a strong Indian Accent.

What credit score must I have for this?

I wanted to get rid of the harassing phone calls,so I made pymt arrangements $50 then the remaining $250 at the end of the month. I did this because it worked with my budget at Christmas time. They withdrew all $300 from my bank and not even on the date of which either of the pymnts where to be made. So people don"t trust them with your acct info they will do what they want. And they want me to send them my bank statement to prove it was them.That Asian woman must think im a fool!!

I live in the state of Texas, and recently I received a call at home & at my job. From someone with 1st IRS. Stating that criminal charges will be filed against me with my county, if I don't pay! For one the information he gave me in regards to the loan I do not remember. I was needing to know if charges can be placed on me for any online payday loan. & if So what can I do. Is this just a scare tactic, or is this possible in the state of Texas. Please Help!!!
