I've been dealing with a payday loan mess for about 6mo. with 9 lenders.The reason I am making this post,is I am wondering if anyone else has this suspicion.In my correspondence via E-mail with the O.C. and their C.A.'s some of them have also sent attachments with their E-mails which I opened (I do not open attachments from unknown senders and I do have a basic virus scan for these) Soon after opening these attachments,I have noticed my computer is slower,freezes up and ect.I came to this conclusion after I recieved a call from a Rebeeca ?

I had a US Bank account years ago and the account was closed off with a negative balance. I did not think i went over any funds, nor did I remember signing anything that said that every 5 days I could be charged $35 each day for going over 0.02 cents. So I keep getting calls from Regent Asset Mgmt company either hangups, or just messages stating that they need to verify imformation. I called, they asked who I was and I said no I am not that person (about to tell them that it was my maiden name) but they hung up fast.

I entered a credit card hardship plan last fall due to being laid off. I then got a letter stating my account was going to be closed. They did not tell me this over the phone. I had not nor have not missed any payments and am working again. Can I get off the hardship program?

To whom it may concern, I receintly recieved your so-called explanation about my complaint. Pay attention! I did not buy the COAT on the fashion bug account. I didn't have an account at that time. My reseipts clearly state the coat was bought with my VISA CARD. Which your store in Latham, New York, returned the $66.55 to said account. On 10 08 2010, after being conned into getting the Fashion Bug account, I put a TOTAL of $86.36. And guess what; I've paid $40.00 of that also. I'm not paying the amount of $95.26 as the new bill states I owe!
