My credit score is excellent , I have no negative info on my credit report, and I am current on all bills, however, I am juggling and starting to get in over my head due to loss of income. How do I handle this? Credit card companies aren't interested in cooperating. I tried getting a consolidation loan but due to income coming from self-employment have been rejected.

:confused:I paid by phone 3 accounts with WFNNB on Nov. 16th, 2010 I was charged a$10 fee on each account. Other banks charge absolutely NOTHING!! to pay by phone. I agreed as I did not want my payments due on Nov. 21st to be late Today Dec. 3rd I received a call from WFNNB that two of my higher payments were NOT POSTED? Then the kicker was finding out that WFNNB IS NOT A BANK But a collection agency based in INDIA. None of my accounts are in default so why am I paying a collection agency based in India using the word BANK???

Has anyone heard about Account Solution Group LLC? This is the name they gave me when I asked about them. I received their 1st call on Monday last when they called and asked personal information about us. I am totally unaware about the debt they are talking about. In spite of my telling them not to call me, they have called around 20-30 times even at odd hours for the same thing. What should I do?

I had a payday loan with Payday Max, I paid it off, and got a new loan. It was with the second loan that I found this forum, so after paying the principle balance I paid no more money. My questions is, could I go after them for a refund for the first loan? The second loan I only over paid by $58.86.

First IRS called me and sent a bill (by mail) saying I owed on an old internet payday loan. I sent them a debt validation letter (because the internet payday loan company is not licensed in my state). I sent this certified mail. THEY NEVER SIGNED FOR THE LETTER. The letter has been returned to my post office. I know the letter was delivered (because I can go online and track the letter)--they just never signed for the letter or picked it up. Now of course they continue to call me -- what do I do now? (since they don't pick up their certified mail)
