These two, and forgive me if I am overlooking anyone, put in a tremendous amount of time and effort on this site. It can be day or night and one of them is always there. It is my opinion that there should be a place elevated beyond moderator that these two exceptional contributors should remain. This company calls my place of employment once a month, always with a different name but this time I could actually understand the person calling. Hello all, I have been looking for an answer to my question but I just cannot find one. Here is my situation, 52,000 in CC debt (B of A) and 8000 with Chase. I am on a program with Chase for 200 a month to pay that off. Its the B of A accounts that I am in trouble with. I did not pay and I am currently 6 months behind , the good part is that I got a settlement offer from them for 15,000. My problem is due to a pending divorce I do not have any way to put together 15K. I have tried all options, family, pensions, etc, no to all. I am barely scraping the 980 a month payment now.

This company is calling my cell phone, I got my cell phone number 2 weeks ago and they call with a recording message that goes to my voicemail saying that if I'm still listening I'm accepting that I'm the right person. When I called them back to let them know is not me it says that I have to leave a message due to the high call volume, then their voicemail is full so I can not leave a message. I want them to stop, What should I do?

Hello, I have about 23K in cc debt, I am not behind on payments yet, but my husband is unemployed and we are starting to have to use our savings to make our min payments on the this cc bill. I want to do something before my house is in jeopardy. Do I go through a debt managment co to try to neg this down and get on a plan or do I try to do it myself? AND do I get multiply quotes or just go with whoever seems the most legit? Thanks! Nervous, Lucy
