I need to talk to someone about my account

I have sent letters to all my creditors where I have already paid back at least the principal. Now to deal with the other lenders. I have 4 loans out with illegal lenders since late August. I am going to send them letters stating I am going to repay the principal and that I do not acknowledge any fees they may have assessed. I can't pay the principals all back in one lump sum tho. How much should I offer to pay over what time period?

On 5/18/09 I paid in full my negative Chase checking account because they sent me a letter that they were closing it on 5/22/2009. On 5/18/2009, my account balance was $0 and my account was closed on 5/22/2009. I was reported to ChexSystems for "Account Abuse". I was made aware of this when I opened my Fifth Third checking but 53 opened a REGULAR (not a 2nd chance) checking account for me anyway. Yesterday, I went to open an account at a local credit union because I applied for a loan. I was shocked to learn that I was reported to ChexSystems for an UNPAID debt with Chase Bank.

I need to stop these payday loans from coming out of my checking account. I am BROKE AND I NEED HELP! i AM ABOUT TO CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT, PLZ HELP!

I reside in California and I received a letter from Hunt & Henriques, a debt collection lawfirm, Nov. 9, 2010 notifying me that my 2nd mortgage with Citi for a home I owned in Florida is in default and my balance of $75,335.75 is due. The balance due is more or less correct. The Florida home in question went into foreclosure in October 2009. The first loan was with Chase and the second loan was with Citi.

Hi All, We are being sued by dogged attorneys representing Citibank. We downloaded the appropriate forms to respond to the civil complaint--via Jay Johnson, kind of a self proclaimed guru on these matters.So the Answer, Certificate of Service, etc. was all filed within the allotted time period. And we expected the next correspondence to be in the form of a court date. No such luck! We got this motion instead and affidavit instead. Do you guys know what we should do now--and if so, where do we get the forms?
