In 2008 W.F. approved me for modification, lowering my payment $84. Told them that woud not help me. W.F. sent another remodification package, sent in documents they requested. Last 2 years, been faxing and overnighting W.F. udpdates on the info. Last 8 months, been faxing and sending overnight financial info on the 30th each month, and speaking to W.F evey week and 1 to 2 times a day for the last month. W.F first told me to pay whatever I could, then the last three months to not send them any payments.

Does anyone know about this collection agency and where they are located? Thanks

I have been getting calls from Law Offices of Wanda Cross regarding my Credit Card debts through out the day. They are not following the FDCPA rules and are calling me from 6:00 am in the morning to 10:00 PM. I called them to get the matter resolved, however they are not willing to speak with me as well and are telling me that they can only speak with a licensed attorney and no one else. Please advise how do I deal with this.

I have a question for the knowledgeable members of this site. Can you please tell me the meaning of Extended Payment Plans and how do they work? And, if companies like Check N Go, Checksmart, etc. are registered with the CFSA, why CNG doesn't offer EPP in Texas? Are there no fixed laws? Are companies listed in the CFSA site legal in all the states in the US?

For whatever reason, I had an Integrity Advance in Delaware call me about a PDL application that they claimed I filled out today, which I did not. They claimed that someone had filled it out, but it certaintly wasn't me. i asked them to email me the loan docs, but of course they never did.

They have called me but never left a number or a message so I can call them back. I am unable to answer my phone every time it rings plus it is a long distance number and I don't answer those due to long distance fees. Why won't they mail me something? I will pay just needs to be a little at a time. Due to being unemployed. Now they are calling family members that I don't even and never have lived with. They even called an my ex in laws. I didn't think that was allowed.
