Ok, I have seen a template of a letter to send to the PDLs regarding canceling wage assignment.What do I need to do with my payroll dept at work?

Here goes: I have horrible credit. I have 4 accounts in collections that I have been unable to settle so I had to let it go past SOL and now am waiting for them to fall off my report. This is my problem. I have just been offered a new job contigent upon passing the background check. This is an outside sales positions and my concern is my horrible credit will prevent me from getting this job. Do you think this could happen?

OK..so I have a FIA card that I am no longer able to pay on. They raised my rate and my min so high that I cant afford it. My husband is self employed and he is barely working as he has about 25% of his normal clients due to the economy. That being said, my last payment on this card was made in August. It was for the bill due on 9/2. SO, the calls started coming in in October. I failed to make the payment due on 10/2.

 

Should I file bankruptcy?

21 year old student here with about 5 or 6 credit card loans piling up around 15 grand or so. I have been having debt collectors call me for the last year now. What should I do?>\

I have a payday loan with payment direct and they keep taking payment of 89.00 out every 2 weeks and it is now started to cause me problems because I am falling short on other bills. I have called them to try and set up a payment plan where I can I pay less to pay it off but they refuse. Is there something I can do. I live in louisiana and the loan is for 200.

A thought came to me recently while I was going through this processing of reclaiming my finances from these PDL idiots. When I applied for my payday loan with Everest Cash Advance I had two checking accounts. One that I used for my primary bills and one for school expenses. When I completed the application I gave them the school expenses account and just figured that I could pay them back by transferring the funds from my primary account a couple of days before the payment was due.

SO I have been emailing Unitedcashloans and Ameriloan and EZpadaycash since Sept. I have received a PIF letter and refund from EZ but nothing, not even a peep from the others, does anyone have a good email address for united or ameriloan? Maybe I have a bad one?

In response to the Validation Letter I sent a debt collection agency, The debt collection agency sent me only copies of my credit card statements. Is that enough proof? Should I know start to pay this debt?
