This company debited money to my account with out me signing and loan papers and i didnt realize the money had been deposited becouse i just got payed and my pay checks r direct deposited so i spent it not knowing it was from them..now i just recieved an email from them that has loan documents im suppose to sign and fax back but i didnt athorize for anything. there saying there going to take 105.00 out of my account on 11/16/2010..do u have any advice on wut i should do.. thanks lauren

How do you all feel about debt settlement? Any positive results? Is it possible to reduce your debts by 40 to 60 percent? I don't have the cash for immediate payoffs if settlement and must pay over long period of time (lets say 4 years)? Is this still possible with creditors? Am thinking to use a law firm for negotiations, do you think best idea? Also, how bad does it affect your credit - can you restore with negotiation agreements with "paid off?"

It can be modified for a single income easily, or is already set up for 2 incomes. The way it is set up is for 1 income that gets paid every two weeks (mine), and the other for bi-monthy (my wifes-paid on the 15th and the last day of each month). Cashpoint is illegally repossessing vehicle in Kansas. They are sending the Notice to Cures when customers are only 1 day past due and Kansas law states the consumer must be 10 days past due before a Notice to Cure can be sent. I am currently in negotiations to see if a settlement can be met, if not I am sueing for wrongful repossession.
