i have rcvd calls from them to for a Exxon Accout tnat has less then 200.00 owed on it and the funny thing is thay do not leave a message and when you call back the recording states if you have the funds availible you can make your paymnet. It diesnt even say who the creditor is and when you get a live person othey just say hello no nmae nothing and when you ask questions they get real rude dont they have to give there name and the company name

I just received a call from this number at work. He states his name is Stan Hard and it is urgent that I contact him. This guy has called before at my home and place of employment. No company name given, he threaten's me each time he calls, uses profane language. Last time he called his name was Dan White, one time it was Jack, now Stan. Very difficult to understand, and I'm tired of being bothered by this guy. Last time my husband got a call from him he said "he wanted to f blank me". Each time he calls I file a complaint with the FTC but he continues to call.

Can I include my car payment in debt consolidation?

Good morning everyone, I have a situation that requires urgent suggestions/help please. Last year I took out a payday loan for $200 from Kenwood Services. After making one payment on it I discovered it was an illegal payday loan (I live in NH) and closed my account. Today I received a call from Francis, Edwards & Associates saying that they are now in pre-litigation and that I need to set up payments today for this past due amount (now $450 because of fees, etc) or I will end up going to court for wage garnishment.

I have loans with Eastside lenders and Loanpoint USA. I live in Florida. I believe they are not licensed in Florida. I lost my job and want to repay only the balance of the principal that is owed. They are offering payments arrangements that exceed the principal balance. Is it legal for me to pay only bal of principal.
