I live in PA and have a few pdl's outstanding. I am using a company to handle my debts as I don't really have the time to do so on my own. The problem I am having is one of the companies I took a pdl through, Magnum Cash Advance, has sent my account in to collections with a company called National Service Bureau. They have attempted to contact me a few times through my cell number. I do not answer these calls as they are supposed to be handled by the company I am using to do that. They called me at work on 11/3/10 and I told the rep that I cannot be contacted at work.

The money was automatically withdrawn from my account because i didnt know that the deposit was made. I use my account for automatic bill pay and my bank wont dispute the deposit or debits. I now owe them 133 dollars...what can i do?

Some time ago, I tried out one of these "third party suppliers" to try and lower my gas bill. Little did I know this is nothing more than a double-dip scam. Would it be possible to start a discussion on these??
