Does having bills in a consolidation company that makes the payment each month to creditors, effect credit negatively?

They call too early...they call your business number and after being told no personal business call is allowed they reply with OH YEAH...and you are? Advise manager PLEASE REMOVE NUMBER....

I went on a crusade trying to get nationwide cash from DE to stop loaning to IL residents. I gave up for a long time but just checked on their evil website, and they no longer offer loans to a host of new states, including Illinois! OOH RAH! I filed complaints with the AG, the IDPR CPD, etc. I encouraged others in IL to do the same. Not sure how long ago or if our complaints had anything to do with it, but I count this one as a victory! Wish I'd paid more attention! BTW, there were other posters in IL who contacted me regarding this evil company.

I???m 19 years old and have never had a student or car loan. I don't have a credit card too. What do I need to do to establish credit? Is it true that having a credit card that you pay in full every month is equivalent to having no credit? Can anyone please give me insight on this?

I Have 4 PDL's totaling $1200 I have spent close to $10,000 in fees, Overdraft charges, fake companies that say i 'signed up for their services, I have no savings left, anything of value sold or pawned, no vehicle, I'm working a 2nd job to to pay off this nitemare. Hey, Try being a wrong number they continue to call in search of a debtor. They are just as rude.

my loan started with PayDayMax and then they sent it to Credit Protection Depot, and now CPD is saying that they will send it to another outside source. Is this normal practice for these pdl companies to just keep passing around my information? I have been ignoring Credit Protection Depot after reporting them, etc.,but they just sent this to me...... Your bank returned the debited transactions to repay your loan obligation. Your account is now seriously delinquent.
