Do you consolidate payday loans?

We had to finish an investment property and ran out of cash. How do I consolodate 100K in credit card debt I used to finish an investment property? We can not get an updated loan on the property due to Obama loan changes and the impact it has caused legimate small business owners, i.e. they don't allow amortization added back etc. now in PA due to Federal regulation. We have been paying on the cards, but need to get it refinanced.

Hi, I followed the advice from all of you regarding the 11 payday loans I have. I can't beleive it but it happened so quickly I could not believe. Anyway I sent my letters to all of the jokers (mycahsnow.com, sureadvance, GECC, 500fastcash, Unitedcashloan,s summit, 247greentstreet, cashjar, cashspot, loanshoponline.com and sagamore) How long does it take them to respond? I emailed and faxed them all as I could not find real physical addresses. I also went ahead and filed complaints on all of them with BBB, and my state attorney's general.

Has anyone ever worked with or have knowledge of this company? My husband is interested in trying them but I am very leery. We are set up for a call to review "their plan" for us and I am sure they are going to ask a high amount for it.

I posted a bit of information on this weeks ago when I first found out about my fiance's large amount of old debt. I wasn't a registered user then and have also learned a bit more about it so I'll start a new thread now with more specific questions and info.

I am about 120 days late and have been speaking with them at least once a week. Everyone has been very polite and cordial. At the 60 day point someone threw out a settlement number of 75% and I told them I couldnt do it. I have been waiting for them to offer me another settlement, but they seem fixated on a hardship plan.

I live in the state of New Jersey and about 3 months ago I started receiving threating phonecalls on my cell phone and at my job from an inspector stating that I owe these payday loans and that they are taking legal action action against me if I do not pay them. I have asked them to stop calling my job and they will not stop. They call 5 and 6 times in a matter of 2 minutes and they are threatening with having me arrested and pressing fraud charges against me.
