Has anyone ever dealth with this payday lender?

Hello Everyone,:) - Forgot to tell you that I live in California. I need straight talk:( - I have two payday loans, one with Community Credit Services, Inc. "CCS" (Delaware) and the other with Fast & Reliable Cash Advance, LLC (Delaware). I borrowed $800 from CCS and have paid back $800 - 0 has been applied to the principle. I borrowed $500 from Fast & Reliable - paid back $1199, with only $200 being applied to the principle.

Hello everyone I just retained a lawyer for the Cht 7 I will be filing next month. I have a question in regards to a checking and savings account I opened with Navy Federal Credit Union. They will not be included in the bankruptcy, I don't owe them any money and I don't have any loans out with them...So will I be able to apply for a secured cc with them once I receive my discharge??? I got a call back in Sept saying I had an outstanding payday loan and they said I as going to be served court papers unless I made a payment arrangement, so being all scared and nervous, I called the toll free # 1886824231 and they had a case # and gave them my bank account information so they could deduct money every payday. Jessica told me it was $2000 something and she would try to get $1000 knocked off so she said I owe $1700 something. Thye have been taking $87 out of my acct for the past 3 paychecks, should I close my account?

Here is my question I received my chapter 7 discharge back in 01/21/10. I have had creditors contact me for some debts i ethier for got or were unable to locate any information on claming that because they were not named on the bankruptcy petition that I still owe the debt. is this true? My understanding was that any debt owed prior to bankruptcy if not included do to no knowledge of the debt or human error would be included in the discharge. I live in ohio.

I let my fiancee use my prepaid account to take out some payday loans. A couple of days ago I received two payments in the amount of $300. Today I went to withdraw money from the account and the atm took my card. I contacted the bank and they advised me the account was closed due to suspicious activity. They gave me a number to the bank fraud department but unfortunately they are closed. I am so worried. Am I in serious trouble?
