I currently have 3 PDLs with: Bank of Delaware National payday loan My cash now I cannot afford to pay these folks at this time. However, they keep trying to debit my account. Everytime they do, my bank (BofA) charges me $35 and the PDL charges me $30. This is quickly becoming a very ugly cycle. Can anyone give me a little advice?

I currently have a loan with CashNet USA and am looking for a payment plan. I have read about EPP and CFSA and am lookign for your advice. My payments so far are below. Loan was done online and I am in Wisconsin.

I received a letter from Central Credit Services and the address that they want me to send payments to is:P.O.Box 15118 Jacksonville,FL 32239, but the online address is:9550 Regency Square Blvd,Suite 602,Jacksonville FL 32225. Am I sending my money to a fake address?

The family member has a gambling problem, has already declared bankruptcy 3 years ago, attempted suicide a month ago and now is in counseling trying to get back to normal. They currently have 8 PDL's out there which total around $6000. They have not paid any of these loans in the past month and have recently closed their bank account because the bank fees were in excess of their paycheck every week. I have read some information on these forums and want to call the first lender, LoanPoint USA to negotiate.

Ok, I'm going to try this again. I posted a thread a few days ago and I'm just not getting any reponses. I find it hard to believe that no one knows about judgements and how they work. I'm wondering if someone could answer my question about how long a collection agency can use a judgement against a person? For example, if they hit my bank account once, can they continue to hit my bank account as long as they have a judgement against me? Or do they have to keep going back to court to get permission to hit my bank account?
