How do I answer a summons from an OC? Is the same way you answer for a JDB?

Hi, I read in another forum that some people had luck getting deleted from credit reports by Asset Acceptance by sending emails to the CEO. Anyone have the email addresses of higher ups at Asset Acceptance? Please PM it to me. Thanks. I'll keep everyone updated on my progress. Also, if others had success with them, please post how.

I was served a summons with Zwicker & Associates acting as Attorney for Plaintiff. The summons reads: Chase Bank USA as Plaintiff and me as Defendant. Is Zwicker a JDB or am I being sued by Chase?

I live in Maryland and took out a pay day loan over 5 years ago, I defaulted on the loan. The loan has been bought by some kind of place in GA. and they are saying they are going to take me to court and have me arrested if I don't pay them almost 3 times what I borrowed. What can I do? Can they sue me for a loan they bought.

Hello I am starting to get calls from cfg. I owe bank of america. per the acct rep my balance is $12,864 but they will settle for $6700. sounded good to me. I told him to send me something in writing, problem is they want it all paid in one lump sum. I called the acct rep and advised him that I would like to make payment arrangements. He put me on hold, came back on the line, and said that he will lower my balance even further down to $3200. but still want this in one lump sum. I am awaiting something in writing again with the new settlement offer.

If I take lower interest rates (hardship) on some cards will that hurt my possibility of getting debt settlements with others?

Today is the first time I have spoken with this company. I spoke to 5 different people all of whom were very rude except one man. This man "Bob Reid" gave me several little tidbits of information when asked, however most of this information when checked turned out to be incorrect. According to the Takhar Group I owed a book club for an account overdue. Mr. Reid gave me a file # and web address for the Takhar group so I could "lookup the retainer notice" that was supposedly sent to me over a month ago. Now, I did go to this website and looked up the file # given to me.

These bastards keep calling me saying I have not paid my loan. Which I have done with the collections manager on a prepaid visa card. 3 weeks ago. Of which I have proof. Nasty Woman. She called and it was difficult to get who she was representing. Finally she said AMT, Advance Me today. I replied "You guys stop this shit and stop calling me I paid the load already. She got indignant because of the use of the Shit word. "Sir Don't swear at me, Don't use that language with me." Blah blah blah. I said you are lucky you got paid because I found out you are giving illegal loans in California.

how could they get my relatives info and they have never applied for any loan with them.
