Has anyone ever heard of this collection agency? Their phone number is 866-950-6357. These people are very rude and I am not sure why they are calling me.

i talked to some one this morning they promised good things i gave them my bank number, i am scared what do i do.

I am behind with check n go and check into cash. I intend to pay them when i can, but can't right now. What is the best aproach at THIS time? just avoid them, keep in contact, none of the above? The checking accounts associated with them have been closed and the banks informed whats up, so they are working with me.

I have been getting several phone calls a day from Nations Recovery Center regarding a defaulted credit card bill from Credit One Bank. Back in September I sent Nations Recovery Center a certified/return receipt letter asking for a debt validation. As of today, I have gotten nothing. Mrs. Jones, Nations Recovery Center, just called (for the 10th time) today and I answered the phone. I told her that I had sent a debt validation letter which I know their company received and as of today, I have not received the requested information.

Gc services has to be the worst collection agency out their. The reason i say this is they are very very rude to the customer, when you ask a question they dont want to answer it they just keep asking are you going to pay or what??. even when you are being nice they still give you a attitude... be real how do they expect people to deal with their collection agency when they are very rude and have a bad attitude. also when you tell them that you are going to pay on a specific date they still call you before the actuall date and ask the same question are you going to pay or what??
