how to consolidate two 15% garnishments to one?

there copies of 6 statements from the OC... do they have to be Authenticated by the OC ???? Also should I use these arguements to give some Doubt about there case and Affidavit being Inaccurate.. between there Affidavit and bank statements they provided me and answer to my Discovery about what the opening account number was... they give 3 different account numbers.. I then questioned this in Discovery and they sent me a Affidavit from the OC claiming all 3 Numbers was from the same account..

Today a message was left on my sisters phone from a person saying he was at my house for a summons on a payday loan. I called the number but got a recording company called UCR. The number is 1-877-799-9230. He said he would be at my job with the summons if I did not call back immedialetely.

After doing much independent research and going to different legal advice sites, I've actually had much success fending off these predatory lenders, and am alomost out of the woods. Most recently I had one lender after I sent a great letter to them regarding the loan being technically illegal due to it being umlicensed in my state. When they responded, they said they considered the loan paid in full and account closed. However, I'm requesting the $355.00 over the principle that I paid. Do you think the company will honor my request for the refund over the principle of $300.00?

I'm looking to settle a debt with Chase. This morning they asked for my bank statements for the last two months, 2 last paychecks, IRS returns for the past two years and the proof of the settlement money. I'm not sure what to make of this. Do I give them access to all my information? Can anyone help me?

i was told by one debt consolidator to wait until the end of october to do debt consolidation because the laws are changing does this have to do with andrew como's investigation into debt consolidation

I have 10 pdl in Texas, all internet loans, 2 which are CFSA organizations and 1 with an EPP. The others I am not sure are licensed in the state of Texas and I wondered if anyone could tell me. I posted on another page but never received a response. Now, I took a loan from a few companies LoanPoint: Borrowed $600, paid $1080 DJR: Borrowed around $200, paid at least $350. In collections with NCA QXL: Don't remember. Working on that I sent LoanPoint and DJR/NCA the payday lender letter to inform them I was stopping all debits, internet lending is illegal in Kentucky (Only check cashiers are legal), and that I was due a refund.
