OK folks, here's the steps I've taken so far: 1)e-mailed C&D letters to six out of seven PDLs (PDY services has no e-mail contact) 2) Since I erroneously and out of fear, made payment arrangments with two of the lenders via my debit card, I have contacted my bank and reported a lost card. 3)Filed complaints with the BBB and am getting ready to file complaints with my AG. How am I doing so far??

I have filed complaints against six out of seven of the PDLs with the BBB with which I have loans with. However, Everest Cash Advance's phone number was somehow invalid when a search was started by the BBB. does anyone have any idea who they are as a dba or some possible address??

Do collection agencies get a lot of compliments? Is there one particular agency that NOBODY has complained about or referred to as "harassing"?

Filed ch-7 on 9-25-10 , i have meeting with trustee in two weeks , i am current on my mortgage it was inclued in bk . when i checked my latest credit report it showed zero balance for my mortgage from PNC bank i went to web site to make a payment and it said account does not allow transactions . when we filed for bk the lawyer has on papers we plan on keeping house and making payments ,does anyone have any feed back before i call my lawyer. we have 3000 equity in house and want to keep house .

I currently have a defaulted student loan assigned to DCS. I would like to rehabilitate, but they want way more than what is reasonable and affordable. It seems as though they will not budge. How do I negotiate with them? I previously submitted documentation so they wouldn't garnish my wages, and it was ruled in my favor, but they still would not move from the high payment for the rehab. I want to do the rehab program, but it almost seems impossible.

Folks, we all know just how bad PDLs are. But is there any possiblility of a Federal ban on PDLs?? And if so, what would that do for existing PDL loans?

I have seven outstanding PDLs with the following companies: Everest Cash-$300/$45 LoanPoint USA-$300/$90 CashDirect Express-$400/$106 PDYServices.com-$200/$55 OneClick Cash-$300/$90 Discount Advances-$300/$35 United Loans-$300/$90 My problem is I had to shut down my bank account and sent the letter to most of them (Unable to get PDYservices.com's e-mail contact). But they disregard them and claim that their state laws make the contracts legal and binding. I have entered payment arrangements with three of them (CashDirect Express, OneClick Cash, and United Loans).
