can the bank still charge you overdraft fees. and they won't do anything to help with this situation. The whole problem started on 8/30/2010 when Zip19 took $ 491.18 from the checking account making it overdrawn. Plus the fees that day which are $ 102.00. Can the bank refund this money and the rest of the overdraft fees.

if you have an overdrawn checking account how long does it take to be reported to Chexsystems. Would the other account with another bank be in jeopardy due to the other account.

Ms. Nelly in Nov 29th., 2009 the Education Department in Washington D.C. was discharge my Student Loan because after a Yrs. of investigation they found my School was closed by the Federal Goverment for Fraud, on Nov of last Yr.
